We went camping at Lake Perris and helped clean up the trash. Along the way, students made multiple connections and got to eat a lot of good food as well! Card games were played. Team-bonding games as well. The showers were troublesome, but everyone seemed to handle the situation well. The drive back was exhausting but manageable. Overall, it was a great first camping experience for some. Making the tent was definitely not as easy as we thought.
