GLA encourages students to get directly involved in the process of coordinating events. The purpose of GLA events, planned and organized by students, is to lay the groundwork for students to work their way up to a leader. By actively participating in the management, creation, and execution of events, GLA members’ efforts contribute to their growth as leaders. We hope to build leadership skills in students that can be applied in the real world.
